Do I need a website?
Not at all, You will get a personal web site with the name yourname.appointmentagent.com where "yourname" is the web site name that you entered during signup. You can let your customers know about your on line booking service through an email newsletter, phone message or business card. If you already have a web site, you would simply include our Appointment widget to it.
How can I integrate Appointment Agent to my existing website?
Yes we have a widget for it. Once you register we will provide you the required code, Its a simple iFrame which you can include to your existing web site.
Do my clients have to call me to cancel appointments?
They don't have to. When an appointment is scheduled, your clients get an email confirming the appointment. In that email they get a link that they can click and cancel the appointment.
Can I accept multiple Appointments in a single Slot?
Yes you can, You can configure your service to accept more then 1 appointment for a single slot. An example would be a Doctor who sees 6 patients between 10am and 11am. All of the patients can show up at 10am because the Doctor can work with more than one patient at a time.
How far out can I schedule appointments?
We allow you to setup appointments for up to a year in advance.
Can I create different security level for my employees?
Definately! You can create an account for all your employees and there are Two levels of security for them:- # User - Most basic level where users can setup and view their own appointments only # Administrator - Users with this level of security can see anyones appointments and configure the application.
Is my data secure?
Do I have to download the Web appointment software to use it?
You do not have to download any appointment scheduling software to use the system. All you need is an Internet connection.
Can our data be exported out of the system?
Yes, you can export both customer and appointment data at any time to Excel.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are no hidden costs. You only need to pay the nominal monthly fee and additional usage charges. Additional usage charges will be adjusted to your next month's Bill.
Can I accept payments through Appointment Agent?
Not yet, But soon. We are planning to introduce payment functionality in the next release.
What if I have technical problems with my calendar?
